Welcome to The Papered Parlor! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Orders & Customization

The Papered Parlor specializes in unique, handcrafted paper products, including baby shower invitations, cupcake and cake toppers, party favor boxes, and gift card and money holders. Certain items can be customized or personalized according to your specifications.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Non-Customized Items: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, non-customized items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the customer returns outside of this return policy window a refund will not be refunded as it it past the allotted time even if we receive it.

  • Customized & Personalized Items: Due to the nature of customized and personalized products, these items are not eligible for return unless there was an error made by The Papered Parlor. If we made a mistake on your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can correct the issue.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please provide photos and contact us within 7 days of receipt for a resolution.

3. Digital Downloads

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

  • If you experience any issues with your digital download, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received. Custom orders may require additional processing time.

  • Shipping times vary based on location and chosen shipping method. The Papered Parlor is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Papered Parlor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

6. Changes to Terms

The Papered Parlor reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
